Natural is Better

In ayurveda, we say 'you would not put anything on your body that you would not put inside.' Skin and bodycare products are therefore considered the same as food. This philosophy presides throughout the entire Tri-Dosha pioneering product range. We are the first to develop a unique technology that combines the indigenous herbs from India with premium aromatic blends, and we aim to bring you as close a natural organic ayurvedic range as possible. Scientific research shows that chemicals in products do not produce any increase in significant lasting results, and we only use certain ones if we feel it is totally necessary for the safety of the product. We also do not use petrochemicals; sulfates; parabens; synthetic colours or synthetic fragrances; PEGS. History shows us natural herbs have been used for health, beauty and medicinal purposes for centuries to treat everything from anti-ageing to serious forms of depression, and this is our mantra.

totally organic?

The difference between 'organic' products and others is determined by where the ingredients come from and how they are treated. Whilst it is extremely positive to have a complete organic range, it is still difficult to get some of the ayurvedic herbs we use for our skin and bodycare range from organic sources as some of the plants are not cultivated but are harvested from the wild – this is known as wild-crafting. This means we use organic ingredients in our range whenever possible and we stand by our commitment to you to produce a range which is safe, natural, therapeutic and ethically made, saving the planet rather than hurting it.

helping the farmers and the environment

Tri-Dosha works with companies who believe that socially responsible business practices can help create a sustainable economy and ecosystem. We work hard to make sure the raw materials in our products are sourced from organizations who practice fair trade, and as much as we can, we print on recyclable paper. We use glass for our range of natural ayurvedic skin and bodycare products, and our green policy extends to not using boxes to display goods - boxes which are wastage of wood. Revolutionary in all aspects, we hope to be in a position in the not too distant future to support the Indian farmers who pick our herbs, focusing on local projects for them to enhance their livelihood; we will also contribute to organizations whose focus is health welfare in the sub-continent.
