An introduction to ayurveda (covering principles and origins of ayurveda)
Analysis of individualised body constitutions of vata, pitta and kapha
Body tissues and channels (dhatus)
Touch in ayurvedic massage: sattvic, rajasic, tomasic
Marma (vital) point diagnosis and understanding of subtle energy flow (prana)
Practical training in Tri-Dosha’s seven classic ayurvedic therapies of: head/neck/arm
massage; full body; face; foot/leg; shirodhara (third eye drip); pinda sweda (herbal
compress); udvartana (slimming/detox/exfoliation)
